Officers

  • Mark Morris, MMI President/CEO

    Mark was elected as an outside director to the Board of Directors in July 1999, and was elected President/CEO by the Board in January 2007. Mark had a diverse background in finance, development, and management, as well as experience serving on several corporate and non-profit boards prior to joining MRS as CEO. He has a Master of Science in Medical Informatics (MMI) degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (BABA) degree from the University of Washington Foster School of Business in Seattle.  

  • Ralph Porter Vice President/CFO

    Ralph joined MRS in November 1998 to manage the company's accounting function. In 1999 he was promoted to CFO. Ralph's responsibilities include accounting/finance, and facilities management. He has more than 30 years of financial management experience. Ralph's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Washington.

  • Paul Pugsley Vice President - Sales

    Paul Pugsley joined MRS in October of 2014. He is the Division Manager for Aspen Lung, a new software division of MRS. Paul is a graduate of Duke University and received his master’s degree in health services administration at Xavier University. Prior to working for Cordata, he worked for Priority Consult, the Mayfield Clinic and Precision Radiotherapy Center in Cincinnati, OH. In his free time he likes to train for races, brew beer (been doing it since 2004), and play with his kids.

Management

  • Kathy Hawkins Director of Clinical Support

    Kathy has been with MRS since December 2005 and has been our Product Manager since September 2009. She began in the Sales Department and was promoted to Clinical Support and Implementation Manager in August 2007. As a Radiologic Technologist for many years, and having worked in hospitals and breast centers in management, Kathy brings unique insight into the clinical environment. She has an AS degree in Radiologic Technology from Greenville Technical College, Greenville, SC and is a registered mammography technologist.

  • Erin Hell Technical Support & Projects Manager

    Erin became a part of MRS in February of 2004. She has served as a Support Representative, HL7 Interface Specialist, Application Specialist, and now as our Program Manager. Prior to MRS, Erin worked with Microsoft as a Usability Coordinator. When she is not working to better our products, she can be found at home baking with her two kids.

  • Teresa Lombardi Training Manager/HR Director

    Teresa started at MRS in May of 2007 as an outside consultant.  She was subsequently hired as a trainer and then as the Applications Development Manager.  After a short break from MRS, she returned in 2010 as an Integration Tester and part-time Human Resources Manager.   Teresa has a BA in Business Administration and an MA in Secondary Education.  She brings extensive experience in Applications Development, Human Resources, and Operations Management from her work experience prior to MRS.

  • Doina Popescu Director of Software Development

    Doina has been with the MRS team since March of 1999. She began then as a software developer and quickly moved into becoming a Senior Analyst Programmer. Doina is one of our most experienced employees with a background in software development, enterprise system architecture, system integration, DICOM, and HL7 standards. She is most interested in studying and developing ways to use the computing and communication systems to improve quality and efficiency in the healthcare system.

  • Merri Jo Majovski Business Manager - Mountain

    Merri Jo joined the MRS team with 5 years sales experience in June of 2015.  She is a graduate of Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota with a degree in Biology.  Every year she attends many films as a member of SIFF (Seattle International Film Festival) and enjoys being a Volunteer Sales Trainer for the organization Real Change. 

  • James McBride Business Manager - Government/West

    James joined MRS in October of 2003. He initially worked in technical support before becoming an applications specialist and eventually moving on to work as an Interface Specialist. He has since become the West Business Manager. James divides his time between the city and the country and is a certified Scuba Instructor.

  • Ben Rosa  Business Manager - Northeast

    Ben Joined MRS in June 2016. He graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in biology. He has 3 years of sales experience.  In his free time Ben enjoys extreme trampoline jumping and spelunking.

  • Catherine Strong Business Manager - Upper Midwest

    Catherine joined MRS in September of 2005 as an Application Specialist, and became a part of the sales team in 2008. She has previous work experience as an application trainer in the software industry. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Central Washington University. She is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Software Engineering. When she isn’t working or studying, she is spending time with her husband and three beautiful children.

  • Dan Uranga Business Manager - Southeast

    Dan joined the MRS team in September of 2009 as our National Accounts Manager, and was promoted to MRS’ Sales Manager in July 2012 . Dan has spent much of his professional career in the healthcare industry with a concentration on radiology, and has held sales positions with both GE Healthcare and Alliance Imaging. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton.

Aspen™ Lung Sales

  • Rebecca Crouch, RT(R)(CT) Aspen™ Lung Sales

    Rebecca joined the Aspen Lung sales division in December 2016.  She is registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography and Computed Tomography with previous work experience as an advanced visualization clinical applications advisor.  She has recently relocated to the Chicago suburbs with her family where she still proudly supports her New York Jets in Bears territory.

  • McLean Godley Aspen™ Lung Sales

    McLean joined the Aspen Lung sales division in June of 2016. As a member of the East and Upper East sales team, he works out of the eastern North Carolina office. McLean is a 2014 graduate of East Carolina University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Administration. When he is not working to expand Aspen Lung’s market share, he fights to represent the wants and needs of the citizens of Greenville on the Greenville City Council. McLean enjoys long distance running, cheering on his ECU Pirates & Carolina Panthers, and an occasional round of golf.

  • Lauren Reilly Aspen™ Lung Sales

    Lauren joined the Aspen Lung sales team in March of 2015. She is a graduate of University of Dayton with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management. Her past experience has been in healthcare software sales. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the city and exercising. 

Interface Specialist

  • Damon Gaynor Interface Specialist

    Damon joined MRS as a Technical Support Representative and has since transitioned to Interface Specialist. Damon has five years of experience in account management and technical support in the electronic components and aerospace industries. His primary focus is on personable customer service and attention to detail in problem solving and order fulfillment. Damon believes that trust, integrity and diligence are the key elements to strive for in any professional relationship.

  • Mike Jobmann Interface Specialist

    Mike joined MRS as a Technical Support Representative in June 1999 and a year later assumed the role of Interface Specialist. Mike was promoted to the Support Manager position in 2005 and managed the department for just over 7 years. Mike has since moved back into his role as an Interface Specialist and works from the comfort of his home in Portland, OR.  Mike takes pride in working with customers and resuming his role as an interface specialist enables him to do this even better from home.

  • Brendan Volk Interface Specialist

  • Bryan Wilkie Interface Specialist

    Bryan joined MRS in June of 2014.  He has been working in various areas of medical support since 2005 and brings his passion for customer service and problem solving to a new area of radiology.  Since joining MRS, Bryan has enjoyed learning something new every day and hopes the trend continues so he can better serve both his company and his customers.  In his free time, Bryan enjoys spending time outdoors, specifically boating and hiking, and tinkering with various aspects of technology, including computer programming and hardware.

Technical Support

  • Jo-Ann Cubbin Technical Support/Administrative Assistant III

    Jo joined MRS in January of 2006 in the Technical Support Department. She has 15+ years of technical background and brings well over 20 years of customer service experience to our support department. Outside of MRS, Jo enjoys spending time at lake, baking, painting and playing with her pooches. 

  • Carrie Dane Technical Support

    Carrie comes to MRS with more than 25 years of technical support with a majority of that being in the healthcare field. She likes being a detective and figuring out why things don’t work and help with a solution. In her spare time she enjoy watching the professional sports teams that Seattle has to offer. Carrie also enjoys hiking, walking long distances and spending time with family and friends.

  • Daniel Gibbs Technical Support

    Daniel joined MRS in February 2014 as a Technical Support Representative. He has worked in various support roles since 2004. Helping others with their day to day technical needs is what Daniel does best. One of Daniel’s greatest rewards of working in support is knowing that a customer is able to complete their own tasks thanks to his help. When not working Daniel can be found tinkering with computers, cooking, and learning how to be a cat owner.  

  • Don Valdez Technical Support

    Don joined MRS as a Technical Support Representative in February of 2008. In July of the same year he assumed a position of Interface Specialist within our Support Department. Don came to MRS by way of Starbucks and has had experience in both customer service and store support there.

    Michelle joined MRS in August of 2015. She has 10+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry including software training and billing management, as well as a degree in Computer Science. In her free time, she enjoys singing at church events and exploring Seattle with family and friends. 

Project Manager

  • Stacy Miller Project Manager

    Stacy has been a Project Manager with MRS since February of 2008. Prior to MRS she worked as a District Manager over the Northwest Region managing projects and Service Representatives for a national service company. When she’s not managing MRS projects, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and house boating with Sea-Doos in tow.

  • Kelly Soule Project Manager

    Kelly joined MRS as an Administrative Assistant in March 2016 and in August assumed the role of Project Manager. She has worked in the health insurance field for over 30 years in a variety of roles including system configuration and office management, and has a driven passion to providing excellent customer service. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at a local nursing home and community theater, enjoying time with friends and family, and going to her beach property every chance she gets.

  • DeAnn Iatesta Administrative Assistant III

    DeAnn joined MRS in November of 2012. She has 10 years of experience in Administration, as well as a B.S. in Business Administration and Fashion Merchandising from Central Washington University. In her free time, DeAnn enjoys going to concerts, entertaining friends at home with her husband, and spending time with her new baby boy.  

  • Aubrey Pace Sr. Staff Accountant

    Aubrey joined MRS in September of 2013. She graduated from Central Washington University in 2014 with her B.S. in Accounting. When not at work, you can find Aubrey and her husband out enjoying the local Edmonds dog park with their two dogs.

  • Daniel Mouchette Marketing Manager

    Daniel joined MRS in April of 2014 as the Marketing Manager. He has a B.A. in Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Sports Management from Washington State University (Go Cougs!). He has over four years of marketing experience within the medical field. When not at work you can usually find him out with his wife and their dog, exploring everything that the Seattle area has to offer.
