Our MRS Print-to-Mail integration prints exam results, problem case follow ups and reminder letters for your patients – fully sealed and ready to mail.
The forms are automatically folded and sealed using a stand alone folder/sealer accessory that attaches to your existing printer. Those forms can be customized with your logo and letter format. Plus, your postal permit can be printed on the front, eliminating the need for stamps or metered postage.
The Print-to-Mail hardware can also fold other promotional materials or office correspondence that uses a standard window envelope. Streamline your entire mailing process with this efficient option.
