Procedure and Mammography Audit Error in BI-RADS 5th Edition

We recently discovered that there are flaws in the BI-RADS 5th Edition version of MRS 7.2 and Aspen® Breast Procedure and Mammography Audits.

We have rewritten the Specifications for this report, our Medical Director has reviewed and approved them, and coding by our engineers has begun. This should be available to you and your facility within the next two to three weeks. In the meantime, please utilize the BI-RADS 4th Edition reports for Screening Mammograms (do not include Diagnostic Exams). These 4th Edition reports remain available in your system for the Procedure Audit.

We deeply regret these errors and have great appreciation for those customers who have discovered them and reported them to us. Rest assured that we are 110% committed to providing you accurate statistical reports and we will have this updated code to you just as soon as possible.
