Cost Effective Solution
for Breast Tracking

Unresolved Problem Case List

Automatic patient tracking monitors patient results and provides letters and reports to send to patients and their physicians the details of the next step in their care. Completing an appropriate procedure report in Aspen® automatically resolves any predated recommendation for that procedure. The Unresolved Problem Case List can be printed routinely to identify those patients with problems not yet resolved and provides you with contact information for both patient and clinician.

Are you ready for the new EQUIP initiative?

EQUIP is a new program that is part of Mammography Quality Standards Act developed and enforced by the FDA. The program is intended to emphasize the need for image quality and consistency. Official roll out for EQUIP was 1/1/2017, but citations wont start being issued until 1/1/2018. This new program could potentially be very time consuming and add additional administrative overhead. MRS Systems will be implementing enhancements to Aspen® Breast QA Plus to provide customers: A way to document their image reviews, a way to verify they are resolving their established process, and provide a statistical report that will aid in audit compliance

Exporting Statistics

Exports data to: ACR® NMD-Certified™ 3.0 (BI-RADS® Atlas, 2013 ed.), Breast Cancer Surveillance Consortium, Canadian Breast Cancer Screening, and Chicago Breast Cancer Quality Consortium, NQMBC reporting.

One-Touch Templates

With one-touch buttons, you can finalize and close procedure reports with a single click of one of the one-touch buttons. Aspen® Breast QA Plus will enter all findings, assessment and conclusion information, associated with your average/negative template and then finalize and close the report. They can be configured by user and even more, can be set up by template.

Multiple Worklists

Advanced worklist queue allows each user to create multiple custom search lists that sort and filter patient records by procedure phase and category, demographic information, Patient ID, and Accession number.
